Skis On The Run Named Preferred Ski Delivery Service For Deer Valley Resort

PARK CITY, Utah (November 2009) - Skis on the Run is proud to be named a preferred ski rental delivery service provider for Deer Valley Resort and its resort properties. Skis on the Run specializes is delivering top-of-the-line ski and snowboard rental equipment and accessories to guests in comfort of their lodging. Our guests come to ski not stand in lines.

"Our delivery service enhances to overall guest ski experience by allowing them to maximize their time on the mountain," said Patrick Fannon, owner of Skis on the Run. "We offer the latest models of skis and boards from 8 different manufacturers and we have a wide range of equipment designed specifically for women and men. You can request any of the models we carry and reserve a wide range of accessories, from jackets to helmets and two-way radios. We haven't raised our prices since 2007 so our guests will be getting new 2010 equipment and accessories at 2007 prices."

Fannon notes Skis on the Run prides itself on its team of knowledgeable technicians, who are trained extensively and understand exactly how boots should fit and skis should be tuned. Technicians carry a variety of boot sizes in the van at all times and are expert guides in the art of equipment selection, armed with knowledge of the characteristics of all the latest equipment models. Technicians factor in height, weight, skill level and snow conditions to help each client select the best equipment. Guests may also make specific brand requests when making reservations.

And if skiers get to the hill and want to make changes to any of their equipment, Skis on the Run service extends to the slopes. Technicians will meet clients at the resort or stop by their vacation property with exchange equipment or fix any issues. Fannon also points out that once a guest rents equipment from Skis on the Run we will keep all of their rental information on file, if they would like, so that the next time they come to town the rental process is even easier.

Skis on the Run rents skis and boards from Volkl, Salomon, Rossignol, K2, Dynastar, Blizzard and Atomic as well as boots from Tecnica, Rossignol, Atomic, Nordica and Dalbello.

Skis on the Run's hours start early and end late during ski season meeting with guests from 7:45 a.m. to 9 p.m., so skiers can maximize their time on the mountain. All that's needed to get started is a reservation (14-day advance reservations are recommended) and the mindset that renting ski equipment around Deer Valley and Park City can be as easy as a green run.
