Ski Equipment Delivery

Upon arrival in the Park City area, please call our office to confirm your delivery time. Our local telephone number is 435-940-0744. Everyone renting boots must be present for delivery.

Reservation Confirmation Policy

You will receive a confirmation call from us within 24 hours. At that time, we will answer any questions that you may have and schedule a delivery time. If you do not receive a call, we have not received your reservation and you should contact us.

Ski Equipment Return

Equipment is due by 6:00 pm on your last day of renting. Skis On The Run will pickup your equipment providing you call 24 hours before your planned return time to schedule an appointment. Less than 24 hours advance notice may result in a return time that is not convenient for you. The credit card holder must be present to sign the receipt when equipment is returned, so please plan accordingly. All equipment must be present at the scheduled pickup time. There is a $20 charge per item left in ski storage. There is a charge at the fair market value for any lost or stolen equipment. The identical poles that were rented must be returned.

Two Day Minimum

Skis On The Run enforces a two consecutive day minimum policy. I agree to pay for a minimum of two consecutive days for each ski and/or snowboard package rented.

Cancellation Policy

The nature of our service requires advance planning and preparation of equipment. Please be aware that there is a charge of one rental day per person for cancellations within 48 hours of the rental date.
